"Foshan Lerong Watermark International Retirement Community" is jointly managed by a joint venture between Watermark China and Hopson Development Holdings Ltd. It is located in the CBD areas of Guangzhou and Foshan. The first phase of the community has 489 self-care apartments and 40 medical care apartments, as well as medical clinics and clubhouses.
